Thera is turning 22 on 6 July 2020! To celebrate we are asking you to bake Thera a birthday cake!

Thera South West is collectively walking, running, and cycling 2020 miles over June and July 2020!

Every week Thera North staff and the people they support gather together to do a weekly virtual quiz. This week they were joined by a very special guest.

Thera North's management team are collectively walking 500 miles in 2 weeks to raise money for the “Thera North Thank You Fund”.

We would like you to sing, dance or sign along to our song to spread love, joy and positivity during this difficult time.
