At Thera, we use Positive Behaviour Support to make sure a person is at the centre of their support. Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) is used throughout the Thera Group to support people to have a better quality of life.

Alexandra Sim, Acting Community Support Leader for Thera (Scotland), recently put on a training workshop to help staff implement positive behaviour support approaches into their day to day practices.
