Successful candidates will support Thera to further advance its Vision and the principles it values. This includes the belief that people with a learning disability can be leaders in society.
The new trustees will play a vital role to ensure that Thera Trust fulfils its mission and strategic objectives with an approach that is based on values and is financially sustainable.
We are particularly looking for applications from people with
- professional expertise in the field of finance, audit and risk.
- senior level experience in either adult social care, HR/people, or IT/digital change.
