Using feedback to improve staff resources

We’re pleased to now be in a position to launch our new ‘Right First Time’ resources, helping us to work with staff to get things right first time.

We recently asked our staff to tell us what they think about the resources available to them in relation to using Thera Online, the Group’s HR & Pay system.

We received over 400 responses! Thank you to every member of staff who took the time to respond, we really do appreciate your feedback.

This identified a number of areas where we could improve the support we offer to our staff around Thera Online and we took the time to reimagine the resources we have in place.

We’re pleased to now be in a position to launch our new ‘Right First Time’ resources, helping us to work with staff to get things right first time.

The resources include:

  • A brand new handbook
  • A series of how-to videos
  • A learning module

These new tools will help staff to understand how to use Thera Online and what their responsibilities are. We’ve taken on board staff feedback and created resources which are easier to access, easy to read, and contain only the most useful information.

So, what comes next?

The Right First Time resource pack will be released to all staff on Monday 24 May 2021 with a learning module for new starters to follow shortly afterwards. Next month we will be asking for feedback to see whether the resources have been useful and to ensure we continue to adapt/ improve our resources in collaboration with the people that use them.
